Yoga at Ayers Rock Resort

Yoga & Meditation At Ayers Rock Resort

Just Om.

In recent years – probably due to our busy lifestyles, hectic schedules, and being “always on” – yoga classes and meditation practices have surged in popularity. However, the concept of using yoga and meditation to ground oneself, relax, and stay healthy isn’t new. People have been using yoga for centuries as a way to train the body and mind to be more in tune with their own nature, and meditation dates back thousands of years, too. Since going on holiday is all about resetting and relaxing, it makes sense to include a yoga class or meditation experience as part of your Ayers Rock Resort getaway, and the spiritual energies you’ll feel around Uluru can make your practice even more transformative.

The great news is you don’t need any special gear to get a great yoga workout or to reset with a meditation sequence. Just pack some comfy clothes you can move in, find a quiet place, and get comfortable – or make it a group affair with a team wellness activity.
