Ilkari Restaurant

Ilkari takes its name from the local Pitjantjatjara word for sky. Ilkari establishes its dining philosophy in the natural flavours of the finest produce available under the Australian sun.

A personalised breakfast experience begins with an international menu and is completed by an egg and pancake live cooking station that allows you to define your very own signature dish. From delicate European inspired pastries to steaming Asian soups, an Ilkari breakfast is the perfect beginning to the day.

Ilkari offers a tantalising menu of international flavours for an immersive dinner experience. A modern twist to a traditional buffet experience, the interactive dining menu includes an array of salads, vegetables, antipasto, seafood, roasts and a grill selection abound with our chef’s signature dishes enlivened by Indigenous flavours. For dessert, enjoy a rich, cascading and creamy chocolate fountain served alongside an intercontinental selection of mouth-watering sweet treats.

CHRISTMAS DAY FESTIVE FEAST - 25 DECEMBER

Mark Christmas Day in style with a Festive Feast! Featuring a sumptuous seafood selection, summer salads and hot dishes from around the world, the star of the show will be and interactive chef station where Christmas classics are served with an Australian twist - think Red Centre honey baked ham, saltbush lamb cutlets, and blackened spiced barramundi, topped off with native wattle seed pavlova for dessert.

NEW YEAR'S EVE FEAST - 31 DECEMBER

End the year on a high with a New Year's Eve Feast! Featuring a sumptuous seafood selection, summer salads and hot dishes from around the world, the star of the show will be an interactive chef station where Christmas classics are served with an Australian twist - think South Australian saltbush dusted lamb cutlets with mint sauce, and South Australian grain fed Angus beef rib steak with quandong jus, and mini pavlovas for dessert.

To celebrate the start of summer, we are excited to unveil a Summer à la carte menu at Ilkari, available from Monday 6 January through to the end of February 2025. 

Replacing our famous buffet over the summer months, this new menu will feature modern Australian dining with a native twist.
