Jetstar Voucher Competition – August 2026

Terms and Conditions

These are the terms and conditions of a competition conducted by Voyages Tourism Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 82 146 482 591) (Voyages).

1. Eligibility: Entry is open to individuals who have:

     (a) stayed at an Ayers Rock Resort property;

     (b) expressly consented to receive marketing communications from Voyages; and

     (c) received a personal invitation from Voyages to enter.

Entrants must be Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of Voyages, its related bodies corporate, and any agency associated with this competition, are not eligible to enter.

2. How to enter: Entrants must complete the survey via the link provided in their invitation, including a response to the final survey question (Competition Question). Limit of one entry per person. Entries must be submitted by 11:59pm AEST on Friday 18 September 2026 (Closing Date). Entries received after the Closing Date will not be considered.

3. Selection of winners: This is a game of skill. There is no random draw and no element of chance is involved in determining a winner. The three winners will be the entrants who, in Voyages’ opinion, submit the best response to the Competition Question, judged on creativity, originality and effort. Judging will take place at Voyages Sydney office, Level 10, 123 Pitt Street, Sydney NSW 2000 at 10:00am AEST on Tuesday 22 September 2026. Voyages’ decision is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

4. Prize: Each of the three winners will receive one $100 Jetstar gift voucher (Prize), provided by Jetstar Airways Pty Ltd (Prize Supplier). Total prize pool: $300. The Prize is subject to the Prize Supplier's own terms and conditions, including as to validity, expiry and redemption, which are available at [Jetstar voucher T&Cs link]. Voyages is not responsible for the Prize Supplier's terms and conditions, or for any failure by the Prize Supplier to honour the Prize. The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

5. Notification: Winners will be notified by email to the address provided at entry within one business day of judging. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 3 three days of Voyages’ first attempt, Voyages may select an alternative winner in accordance with clause 3.

6. Privacy: Personal information collected through this competition will be handled by Voyages in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at https://www.voyages.com.au/privacy-policy. By entering, entrants consent to Voyages providing their personal information to the Prize Supplier for the purpose of prize fulfilment.

7. General: Voyages reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms and Conditions, or who tampers with the entry process. Voyages’ determination on any matter relating to this competition is final.

8. Use of entries

     (a) By entering, each entrant grants Voyages a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish and communicate their survey response (including their answer to the Competition Question) for Voyages' marketing, research and promotional purposes, whether for internal use or external publication, including in press releases, on Voyages’ website, and on social media.

     (b) An entrant may choose, at the time of entry, for their response to be published anonymously, attributed to their first name only, or not published at all. Voyages will not publish an entrant's full name or other identifying personal information without the entrant's separate express consent.

     (c) This clause 8 survives the conclusion of the competition.

Jetstar Flight Voucher Terms and Conditions

Prize Details: 3 x 100 Jetstar Flight Voucher (max value of $300)

Jetstar Flight Vouchers are subject to the following conditions:

• Your booking must be made or changed through jetstar.com or the Jetstar Contact Centre before the Expiry Date on the Jetstar Flight Voucher, for travel on any Jetstar flight available at the time you redeem these vouchers. If you do not redeem these vouchers within this timeframe these vouchers will expire and you will lose the value of these vouchers. If you redeem these vouchers but later change your booking on a date after the Expiry Date, you will lose the value of these vouchers. These vouchers were created on the Issue Date stated on the Vouchers and expire on the Expiry Date as noted on the Vouchers.
• Vouchers are non-transferrable. The person named on the Voucher must either be a passenger or a contact person in the booking.
• All travel is subject to availability at the time of booking, the fare rules quoted at the time of booking and the Jetstar Conditions of Carriage. The standard Jetstar fare and bundle rules apply according to the fare or fare with bundle selected when booking. Limited changes are permitted, charges apply and unless otherwise stated, airfares are non-refundable. See Jetstar.com for further detail.
• Vouchers can be redeemed towards payment for multiple Jetstar flight bookings until the value of a Voucher is exhausted up until the Expiry Date of the Voucher. Multiple vouchers can be used on the same booking.
• These vouchers are only redeemable up to the value stated on these vouchers for Jetstar fares and bundle options, taxes, fees and other charges associated with normal Jetstar internet or telephone reservations bookings. These vouchers cannot be redeemed for Jetstar Holiday products (including accommodation, activities, transfers, parking, insurance and car hire). These vouchers must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the recipient is unable to use it as stated. These vouchers are not redeemable for cash or other goods and services. Jetstar Vouchers are not refundable.
• Jetstar Airways Pty Limited ("Jetstar") makes no claims in relation to weather or other conditions at the travel destination and the Voucher recipient should make their own enquiries before travel. Jetstar, its related bodies corporate, their officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect and consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with the use of these vouchers, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
• Any additional travel booked in conjunction with the use of these vouchers will be subject to standard booking conditions.
