Reservation & Cancellation Policy

Your reservation is subject to our Reservation Policy and Cancellation Policy outlined below.

By proceeding with your booking, you agree to the terms of our Reservation Policy and Cancellation Policy. We request that you arrive on time to your booking. We will hold your seating for up to 15 minutes after your reservation time, after which we reserve the right to treat you as a no show for your booking and charge you the applicable cancellation fee in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.

 

Reservation Policy

You authorise us to charge the credit card that you have provided to us at hotel check-in with the cost of booking and any cancellation fees in accordance with our Reservation Policy and Cancellation Policy. Please note, a surcharge of 0.9% will be applied to all credit card payments. Menu items are accurate at the time of publication, but may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.

 

Cancellation Policy

Should you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before the reservation booking time, or you fail to show for the booking, then a cancellation fee of $50 per person will be charged to the credit card provided.
