SEIT Cave Hill

SEIT Outback Australia

This is a once-in-a-lifetime exclusive invitation to visit the remote Pitjantjatjara Lands of Central Australia for a full day Indigenous cultural experience.

Journey by 4WD into the desert to meet your Anangu host who will provide you insight into everyday Aboriginal life. The Anangu are the Traditional Owners of Cave Hill, which is the site of the Seven Sisters Tjukurpa (creation time).

The highlight of the tour is the magnificent cave paintings - the most significant art site in Central Australia - where the creation story of the Seven Sisters is graphically illustrated on the ceiling of the cave. You will discuss Tjukurpa and the Songlines and learn about the traditional gathering and preparation of bush tucker delights and their relevance to Anangu life in the desert. A scrumptious morning tea and outback BBQ lunch is included in this tour.
