Themed Events
Sounds of Silence
Sounds of Silence dining experience is a must do during any meeting at Ayers Rock Resort. It can be the welcome that you are looking for to set the mood for the rest of the event or it can be the farewell which will leave delegates talking about their time at the Red Centre long after the conference has finished.
Travel to your secluded sand dune to watch the sunset over Uluru (Ayers Rock) and Kata Tjuta (The Olgas) - transfers are by AAT Kings. Enjoy outback style canapés whilst witnessing a spectacular sunset. Then move on to your buffet BBQ, starting with soup then followed by kangaroo, barramundi, emu and local bush salads, and mouth-watering desserts. After dessert, listen to stories of the Southern skies while you enjoy coffee, tea and fine port.
Black Tie and Sandshoes
The above option can be upgraded a little to match the black tie "of sorts" attire. Enjoy a three-course plated meal specially prepared by our team of chefs behind the scenes.
Asian Marketing Place Dinner
On this evening you can enjoy the many flavours of Asia. Relax amongst the brightly coloured lanterns, enjoy the tastes and flavours from the Asian stall set ups, mingle and mix with your guests and enjoy the tastes, sounds and ambience of the orient.
Sounds of Sunrise
Your morning begins before dawn as you are taken to secluded sand dunes with 360-degree views of Uluru and Kata Tjuta and the surrounding desert. As the sun edges up, you'll settle back with a coffee, tea, orange juice, or even a glass of champagne and some fresh pastry. Your morning unfolds as you move to an open air dining site where a buffet breakfast is served. You can also try campfire billy tea and freshly-baked damper bread. Then, your expert guide will introduce you to some of the most beautiful and feared predators of the desert. See up close, poisonous snakes, desert pythons and other, more docile reptiles like the famous thorny devil, blue tongue lizards, plus many more!
